February 2007 - TRYING DUI CASES TO WIN

The Kessler Law Firm, in association with Courtroom Success Seminars, Inc., is presenting the program, "Trying DUI Cases to Win" in Orlando, Florida March 16-17, 2007. Michael Kessler will be teaching the session on Closing Arguments in DUI cases. The Firm has put together an all-star slate of DUI trial lawyers from across America to teach at this important seminar.

 Michael Kessler has been elected by the St. Lucie County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers as the State Delegate to the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and will be attending the Board of Directors meeting in Tallahassee in March, 2007. Mr. Kessler has also been invited to be co-counsel for the defense at the mock trial program at the Mastering Scientific Evidence seminar co-sponsored by the National College for DUI Defense and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association in Dallas, Texas in April, 2007.
